rainboy, oobe and ufos

i saw an interesting unsolved mysteries episode on 20091106 about a guy named don decker "rainboy" who was apparently possessed and it would rain wherever he was, even inside houses:

then i got to thinking about something i swear i heard some time about the LDS church saying that members shouldn't engage in out of body experiences and i wish i could find a source.
